Thanks to the Sicilian consortium Pomèl, we gather the finest Wonderful pomegranates and produce our Pomegranate Liqueur using only pure juice that is cold-filtered with traditional methods.

Attention to detail is of utmost importance, as everything is meticulously crafted following an ancient Sicilian recipe.

The juice is obtained by separating the pulp from the arils and lightly filtered to preserve the fruit’s rich properties. The 50% juice content in the final product makes the liqueur rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.

Pomegranate Liqueur has a low alcohol content (17%) and can be enjoyed neat over ice, used as a base for delightful drinks, spritzes, and cocktails, or poured over a babà for a decadent treat.
