The long and rigorous artisanal processing comes from an ancient recipe of Sicilian tradition.

Only artichoke hearts and stems, the most precious parts, are left to macerate for 90 days in an infusion of alcohol, aromatic herbs and caramel. A perfect digestive and excellent drink if mixed with other ingredients, the taste is intense and the high beneficial properties are guaranteed.
