Paesano is born from the heart of Sicily, from true and genuine fruits cultivated in the Sicilian lands worked by our grandparents, uncles, and cousins.

We want to share the authenticity of Sicilian traditions with the world.

Our liquors are the result of passion, care and love for our land. An island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea full of history, beauty, contradictions and smiles.

Quality & Traditions

Our Mission

We collaborate with local producers to ensure the freshness and quality of our products. We only use raw materials from ethical and organic farms, free from GMOs, that respect our land and nature.

We make our liqueurs without mechanization, with an entirely artisan process. Our master distillers put love and dedication into every step of the process, a craftmanship that connects us to the past.

Our goal is to bring you with us to simpler times. How do we achieve it? With genuine products and traditional recipes to make liqueurs that speak to memories and carry a story o simplicity and authenticity.

So we raise our glasses and say ‘Salute, Paisà’ taking with us anyone willing to experience a journey of traditional flavour.

Sicily flows in our veins, more than we’re willing to admit, thus the least we can do is honour this magic land and share its treasures with others.

Meet The Team

Giuseppe Cinquerrui

Founder & CEO

Master’s degree graduate in Economics, with a master’s in Food Export Management from CSQA agri-food school. Certified project manager (ISIPM) with extensive work experience abroad through Erasmus programs for interns and young entrepreneurs, which has shaped expertise in digital entrepreneurship and internationalization.

Recognized as one of the top 500 young Italian entrepreneurs at the Chamber of Deputies by the Italy-USA Foundation.

Alfonso Contrafatto

Sales Manager

Sales Manager, responsible for maintaining daily relationships with active and potential customers, with a focus on B2B and B2C in Italy, including the HORECA channels.

With many years of experience, as a Team Manager at Burger King stores in the city of Bologna, this professional has worked closely with customers, including personnel management, developing strong problem-solving skills and working autonomously.

They organize the sales team and monitor the activities of agents, distributors, and both internal and external sales forces using a dedicated CRM system.

Sara Bosco

Marketing Manager

Communication and Marketing Manager. Graduated in Communication Sciences in Genoa and currently pursuing a master’s degree in Digital Communication at the University of Pavia.

Debora Saporito

Administration Manager

Passionate about all things HR, I completed 18 months of regular internship at a Labor Consulting studio in Milazzo, which provided me with all the skills to work in personnel administration.

I have had various experiences in personnel administration, selection and training, payroll activities, personnel budget management, labor cost, reporting, and funded training.
